5700 series comes in 2 colors: Black or Silver.

The parts code for Lodeatar black is L (FD-5700-L) and the code for Sterling silver is S (FD-5700-S).

Band Type means the derailleur is attached to the frame by a band/clamp (another type is by brazed-type)

This derailleur will works with Double and Compact front crankset that feature an outer ring not smaller than 50T.
