The UCI just released the 23 Professional Teams of Second Division, 1 more team will be announced on December 15th (will update this list accordingly)
The teams which will race in 2nd division have a chance to receive invitation to the Grand Tours depending on their performances at the beginning of the season.
Teams in the 2nd division will be animating the spring in order to collect the most points as possible.
5 teams are from France, you may expect few of them to receive invitation at the 2011 Tour de France, leaving small chances for other teams in the list below to race at the Tour de France.
